Practice Inside your body

Article 1 – Definitions

In these general terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Practice

The orthomolecular practice Inside your body.

Client

The person who uses the services of practice Inside your body.

Treatment

The orthomolecular consultations, advice and guidance offered by the practice Inside your body .

Agreement

The agreement between the practice and the client with regard to the treatment.

Article 2 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all treatments and services offered by the practice . Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing .

Article 3 - Services

The practice Inside your body offers orthomolecular consultations and advice focused on nutrition , supplementation and lifestyle . The practice Inside your body does not make medical diagnoses and does not replace regular medical treatments . The client remains responsible for his or her own health and medical choices at all times .

Article 4 – Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be made by telephone or e -mail . Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment . In case of late cancellation or failure to show up for the appointment, the practice will charge the costs of the treatment .

Article 5 – Rates and Payment

The rates of the treatments are stated on the website or are communicated prior to the treatment . Payment must be made immediately after the treatment , unless otherwise agreed. The practice is not responsible for reimbursement by health insurers . The client must inquire themselves whether the treatment will be reimbursed .

Article 6 – Liability

The practice is not liable for direct or indirect damage as a result of the treatment or advice, unless there is intent or gross negligence . The client is responsible for following advice and using suggested supplements . The practice always advises clients to consult a doctor or medical specialist in case of doubt.

Article 7 – Privacy and Personal Data

The practice processes personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation (GDPR). See the privacy statement for more information. Data is treated confidentially and will not be provided to third parties without the client’s permission unless required by law.

Article 8 – Complaints procedure

If the client has a complaint about the treatment, he or she must first discuss this with the practice . If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily , the client can contact an independent complaints committee.

Article 9 – Changes and Applicable Law

The practice reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. The most recent version can always be found on the website. Dutch law applies to all agreements and treatments.
